Hi everyone and have a happy and organized new year 😀😀😀. In the beginning of each new year, I feel very ambitious and motivated about my home and life organization. And than ..it drops down each month of the year. But, each time I share my experiences through the year, the motivation gets bigger, I get support for my goals and plans and credit for the tasks I’ve done. And it means a lot to me. So, this January as a fresh start of a new year, a start where we can be better, organized, more productive, healthier and happier, I’ll share with you the list (my plan) of the things that I will declutter right now.
Hello! As a full time interior architect (and a part time blogger :)), this week I will show you one of my favorite space organizations. Many people live in small Apartments and some of them are using the same space as living and sleeping area. According to myself, the distinction between the sleeping and sitting area is very significant.
This week I’m going to show you how I plan my week :). One of my biggest goals this year is to post regularly on my blog, and in order to do that I have to plan my time better. So, I made a little printable that you can download and use as well. My plan is on a weekly level, in that case I have the entire week in glance and I can organize the given tasks.
Birthday after birthday, Christmas after Christmas, month after month.. the pile of toys was getting bigger and bigger. We had small toys, big toys, girl toys and boy toys, all sizes, shapes and colors, we were cluttered with toys. Sometimes we purged the toys: gave away the baby toys or throw away the broken ones, but there were so many of them that I had to come up with some organization plan. Also, all of the toys would get “boring” after some time, so I had to make a trick. I would take half of their toys (never the favorite ones), put them in a bag and place them away in the basement. After one month the toys were back from “reparation” and they were interesting again :). Then I would simply swap them with other toys.
If your children are going to make Christmas cards or new year decorations, they should have a small corner in the house to be for their craftings.
Like all kids, my two little ones loooove to draw, color and use plastelin. They want to try every art and craft they can get their hands to, and often, the crayon lines would start on paper and continue on the furniture and finish on the walls.
The entire flat is a big canvas :s.
This year I decided to try and make Christmas cards together with the kids, make them quick and easy, because of lack of time. So, if you’re in a hurry this year, or you have to make a lot of them, you can consider these ideas.
